Eligibility: This InfoTrackGO promotional cart discount offer (the “Discount Offer”) is being run by InfoTrack Pty Limited (ABN 36 092 724 251) (“InfoTrack”) and is available to InfoTrackGO customers who place an order on the InfoTrackGO website (www.infotrackgo.com.au) using InfoTrackGO’s “Ask AI” chat functionality (“Ask AI”). By participating in the Discount Offer, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This Discount Offer commences on Tuesday, 2 June 2026 and continues until June 30 2026.
Included products: The Discount Offer applies to the property search products (“Eligible Products”) listed at https://infotrackgo.com.au/property as at the date of the relevant transaction. InfoTrack may update the list of Eligible Products from time to time at its discretion.
Discount application: To qualify for the Discount Offer, you must purchase two (2) or more Eligible Products in relation to one (1) property address completed in a single Ask AI checkout transaction. The discount is automatically applied at checkout — no promotional code is required. The Discount Offer provides a 20% discount on the total GST-exclusive value of the Eligible Products in that transaction.
Limitations: The Discount Offer may not be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
No cash value: The Discount Offer holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
Non-transferable: The Discount Offer is non-transferable and is only available to eligible InfoTrackGO customers. InfoTrack employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Discount Offer.
Right to modify or cancel: InfoTrack reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Discount Offer at any time, by giving reasonable notice on its website or otherwise, and you agree that no liability shall attach to InfoTrack. Fair use applies and InfoTrack’s discretion in all matters is final.
Fraudulent activity: Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the Discount Offer may result in the cancellation of the Discount Offer.
